Steps to claim your rebate
Purchase an HP Care Pack for your PC
If no service event occurs after the purchase date of the Care Pack, you are allowed to claim a rebate for the price of your Care Pack. Please refer to your Risk-Free rebate form at time of purchase as the program dates and conditions may have changed.

Didn’t use your Care Pack? Submit the completed rebate form and required documentation2 within 90 days after expiration of the HP Care Pack Service.

Receive rebate check
Please allow 6 to 8 weeks from the time the claim is received by HP to receive your rebate check to the address on the claim form.
