Shipping & Delivery
At HP Canada Store we know that fast, reliable shipment of your merchandise is important to you. We ship many orders the same business day. Orders placed weekdays after 1 pm Eastern time (10 am Pacific time), weekends, holidays and orders containing certain large products ship the next business day.
Please note we are unable to split orders so if any items are unavailable we will hold your order until we can deliver all of the items.
Delivery restrictions
Please note that currently we do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.
Deliveries to Business addresses
If your order is being delivered to a business address, please be advised that our carrier will deliver to a mailroom or reception area and will request a signature from the reception/mailroom contact. Our carrier does not require a signature specific to the named contact on the order details.
For your protection, a signature is required for some deliveries. We do not allow address changes after an order has been accepted. You may not export any products purchased from HP Canada Store.
Contact-free deliveries
In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, our carrier delivery drivers will not be handing over hand-held devices to you to capture electronic signatures. Our drivers will instead log the first and last name of the person accepting the item, and record the delivery.
You will receive an e-mail from hpshopping.ca to confirm your order has been placed.

You will receive a second email after your order has been shipped with a shipment tracking number.
When you shop at the HP Store, your orders are shipped free, everyday. No minimum order size and no end date.
Most orders will be received within 3-5 business days.
Please note the following terms and exclusions:
- Orders weighing over 68kg (150lbs) and orders shipping to remote geographic locations are excluded from this offer and extra shipping fees may apply. If extra shipping fees are required for your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to pay the additional shipping fees or if you would like cancel your order.
- Deliveries to remote areas, including northern territories, may require additional time.
- The HP Canada Store reserves the right to discontinue or modify this offer at any time.
- Valid on purchases made at the HP Canada Store only.
Why would I receive a ‘Delivery Notice’ that directs me to pick-up my order at a location other than my delivery address?
If our carrier partners cannot deliver your order as expected to the designated delivery address, your package(s) will be sent to a pickup location (ex. carrier shipping centre or post office).
If this occurs, as per carrier policy, they will leave a ‘Delivery Notice’ at your address, providing you with directions on where to pick-up your package(s).
Situations where a pick-up may be required include, but are not solely restricted to, the following:
- The package(s) cannot be accommodated by the delivery location (ex. the community mailbox is full or the package is too large)
- There is no one available to receive the package(s) and there is no secure location in which to leave it
If you are required to pick-up your package(s), please arrive at the designated pick-up location with the following information:
- Delivery Notice card
- Government issued photo ID
Legalities
- HP is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control.
- Delivery to some locations, including northern territories, requires additional time or is not available.
- Items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. A street address is required.
- HP Canada can ship only to addresses within Canada.
