The worst printer ever. Dont buy this model. Save your self the money and timeThe worst printer ever. Dont buy this model. Save your self the money and time. Far from usual standards in so many ways. It doesn't scan from ADF unless you click computer. and only scans one page from flat bed. Printer page outlet is TOO SHORT to hold printed pages securely. Very noisy, and sounds like it will break down very soon. Hard to set up, and favors wi fi , rather than USB cable set up. Not user friendly (have to search hard to find baseic setting like ink volume (who would expect to have to click it twice) and collate features). Some basic features are non existent. Returned it to store, and changed to another brand, which had easy set up and ll features I wanted ( paper tray still similar unfortunately). Super dissapointing experience HP. The lack of customer support via phone is another thing. I phoned several times, and still haven't receieved a call back. The fact that HP seem to expect customers to be ok with being redirected to WHatts App, is another sign they are out of touch with provideing real customer support/ solutions. Put people on the phone and put the phone numnber for supoort prominently on your website. Stop hiding it. It's appears like you don't want to providde assistance to customers. I gave up waiting for support, and went elsewhere for another Brand that actually works.

Would not buyThis printer worked fine for 12 months and then almost instantly died once the warranty period ended. Very dissapointed. Definitely not up to standard of other HP products I own. Paper keeps jamming, printing with missing ink areas, power turns off all the time, error messages. Have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions online to no avail.

Disappointed_HP_Fan from
Bad AutofeederI used to be a great fan of HP because I bought laptops and an Officejet 4650 previously. However, I am extremely disappointed with HP nowadays after I bought this printer. I waited almost half a year due to this ability to scan two pages by one pass before I finally purchased from its website. The auto-feeder is the major problem because it cannot scan pages straight. Later, a replacement was made after I had borne the problem and made a complaint.
This replacement must be a refurbishment which would constantly be making cracking noise, indicating problems with its gear rotation. As a result, only the first page of a document sometimes can be more if lucky but never completely, would pass through. After cleaning by wiping the moving part in the auto feeder, the noise was gone, but the problem of missing the pages during scanning still exists. To be fair, the printing side of it has been ok.
I have made a complaint again but have not been able to get the second replacement. I have told the customer service staff that I am happy to return the faulty printers (Who wants to keep them anyway!!!). I tend to think HP has used sub-standard parts to try to lower the cost. Anyway, HP is no longer the brand that it used to be, making me very disappointed!!!!!!

Fast and SolidI replaced my OJP 8610 with this model and so far it has exceeded my expectations. It was easy to set up and the bonus offer is what swung the deal. Printing, copying and scanning is fast and the instant ink program is economical, with the added benefit of never running out. The price is reasonable for a printer with its' features and the build quality is solid.

Absolute piece of junk. Diffficult to use the scanTo get this thing to scan is a really issue and after a few weeks we had to log on to the web site for some insane reason and now we cant print. Our IT provider installed the printer entering all the information required on the web site at the time of installation. If thsi is not resolved today, you can fetch the printer and refund me since it does not print which is its main function.

Solid Option for Small BusinessA solid option for small and home businesses who are after a printer with plenty of functions and can print to a high quality. Recently upgraded from an EPSON and this is miles ahead on the print quality. Unit is a little loud (says our office dog), but duplex scanning is a dream.

It would be better if it wasn't outstandingYou are a bit premature in sending your request for feedback. I received the printer, set it up and it worked perfectly for 8 days. Then it died from a terminal illness of the power unit. Thankfully after I contacted support HP agreed to immediately replace the printer but the replacement is yet to arrive.

Office Jet Pro 9020Office Jet Pro 9020 suits my home-office needs. Occasional problems have been solved when printer goes through its own 'download and update' (without prompting/initiating from my end).
