MY NEXT PRINTERNear stylish printer. Installing printer software was not as straight forward as I thought. My printer was not being recognised. I then added my printer through printers & devices. My installation was successful & connected to my WIFI & working. A good clear print & responds quickly. I have Black & White.

Excellent Multi-function Device for 'SOHO' OfficeAfter a thorough investigation of available multi-function printer products including online reviews, I decided to purchase the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428FDW mono printer to complement my new HP Envy x360 i7 laptop. Once I placed the order, there was excellent communication and follow up by HP to ensure the fulfilment process went smoothly. Nothing seemed to be a problem for HP. The printer arrived the next business day.
The main reasons for the purchase were; the vast range of features (including wifi, fast and quiet printing) excellent deal price (under a price match), high reliability, relative ease to set up and a very high review rating. When setting up the device I received excellent service and support from the India-based HP Technical Support team as well, which was an unexpected bonus.
My only grip so far is the price of HP 76A standard and 76X high yield toner cartridges, which makes printing costs in the order of around 6.7 cents and 4 cents per page respectively.
I have had the printer now for just over two weeks and ‘so far, so good’. I have all the functions working except for mobile FAX, which may be a subscription service anyway. I expect not to have any issues. In any case, HP Technical Support has assured me that if I do to contact them and they would be happy to resolve.
