Quick to bootup, performance and keyboard are good, rich colours on screen, and solid battery performance. However the only let down is the mousepad which is very plasticky, noisy and not to the same quality as the rest of the laptop.

this laptop is so slow it is not useable, it takes up to 40to 50 sec to perform a simple task. have had many HP laptops over the year but this is not useable. Is there any way to this "silver " operating system to act like even a basic laptop.
