Mine is only for home use, so doesn’t get a robust workout. However, it was very easy to set up.

We brought the first HP ENVY Inspire 7920e some 5 weeks ago, from the Good Guys at Oxley, and we had a problem with the black cartridge on start-up after unpacking. The Good Guys assisted personal assisted in trying to get the printer operational by providing a new cartridge. This did not work, and the printer was returned to shop and exchanged, The new printer was assembled and started immediately, and we have not had problems since. Thanks, Good guys and HP, the printer was exactly what we required for three users.

I bought number 2ladt year and had issues since day one. The warranty ran out so was left with a dud. Thinking I’ll give this one a more go and got the HP Envy inspire 7920 Big mistake again!!! Have had installation issues won’t print from IPad and keeps saying it doesn’t recognise the printer when trying to print. Have reinstalled it and still same issues. I will end up taking it back and getting a refund. Not a happy customer!!

The kids are finding it easy to use over the home wifi and it’s a lot quieter than other printers we’ve tried. As it feeds from different paper trays we have had one small issue saying it is blocked but it is still functional even with this error that comes and goes. Everything tucks or folds in and it becomes a compact unit. Ink subscription is a game changer, nothing needed on our end the printer does it all!!

The initial set up was very easy and the images made it a breeze to set up. I like the lcd screen which makes it very easy to use one touch of a button. Which is the best part. The printing it self is very fast, quite and the quality comes out great. My kids love to use the app on their iPad and print wirelessly which is very convenient for my family to print any homework. Overall It is a great family printer the pricing doesn’t compromise on quality. If you are looking for a printer that does it all without breaking the bank then this is the printer for you.i will recommend this to my friends n family.

I have downloaded the app onto all devices in our household and my kids have had so much fun printing from the free printables and creating new chore charts. They are able to easily print and the enclosed document tray allows paper to be loaded and ready to go when they want to print. The printer prints documents fast including double sided and the print quality is exceptional. My favourite part is the automatic document feeder for scanning as it has allowed me to scan paper documents to file electronically without taking much time at all. I have already received a new shipment of ink so I will have ink ready to go when it needs to be replaced.

The Hp Envy 7920e, is a true game changer, with its simplistic preformance printing that deliveres great prints with the ease of use of a smartphone. Straight out of the box I was met with the simplistic, easy to use Hp Smart app that provided me with step by step instructions on setup and the whole process of (installing ink, paper, setting up the connections), which by many is considered a tedious process and experience. I did run into some issues as I paused during setup, however, I finshed setup on my pc without an issues. Once setup, the hp smart app allows for many uses, such as, mobile/pc printing, printing printable for the app, camera scaning, etc. Additionally, it allows for private pick up, which is especially great for a small business, it allows for people to send documents to printer and pick them up when you are ready by confirming on your phone once your there. Although, I am in the midst of recieving Instant ink, so far the process has been effortless, with work from home being so prominent in our daily busy lives it is great to have a printer that allows for error and effortless free printing, without the need to worry about connectivity or buying new ink constantly, as it will always be delievered, ready before you run out. Although, I am a bit disappointed that hp will remotely disable subscription ink, if you cancel the subscription. Especially, if you have paid for that month and haven't used it fully. With the ink bring locked, it will have to be disposed which negatively impact the environment, I find this abit controling from Hp and think they should rethink this. Otherwise, the printers environmental sustainability is fine, there is low use of plastics in the unboxing process. Overall, the printer delivers great preformance at a affordable price and great ease of use. I would highly recommend it.

Easy to use software, cloud based printing and great scans. I use the printer a reasonable amount is I work in finance and from home. I often need to print and scan documents, and the printer has not disappointed. Quiet operations, quick printing in duplex if required, and great quality document scanning. I did find the set-up was a little glitchy, however I may have just caught the set-up connections on a bad day - once all set-up I haven't had any issues at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by alprimos from The smart printer I was craving! I've been wanting an 'intelligent' printer for a long time now, and this printer lives up to my high standards. It's incredibly easy to set up, configurable using the interactive touch-screen on the printer, as well as an array of controls via the mobile app, once connected to the internet. Printing is very simple once everything is set up, being able to use a bunch of different paper sizes is always handy, and it's very simple to open, load the paper tray, and close, which is something that was ALWAYS extremely tedious and difficult with my previous printers. Have not had a jam since using it, which is a blessing! The more I use the printer, the more I seem to find out even more fancy new features. The smart print app is a Godsend, and it prints so incredibly fast! I was shocked as to how quickly my documents printed. There are tons of little side outs and features on the printer itself that allow you to do anything you need. If you want your printer to do something specific, chances are this printer does it, you may just need to hunt around a little bit for the feature or the setting. The photo printing I've had mixed experiences with, I think the main thing to make sure is to use a high-quality photo, as any low resolution photo will not show very well on the final product. Can't fault the photo printing using good quality photos though. Overall, a great product, and such a handy addition to my home office. I think the initial setup might be a bit tricky to those less experienced with technology, and I don't love the amount of apps I have to install, but the features that come along with it make it worth it.

We’ve been meaning to buy a home office printer ever since we started, to work from home (mostly), nearly 3 years ago, and with two little ones we often save the printing of arts and crafts or homework when we go into the office a few times a month. We always deferred buying a printer due to the size and price, we thought most were too big for our tiny apartment space and really expensive. I was actually pretty surprised with the price of this one and how compact it is for an all in one! The setup was really easy, with apps features to be able to send those kids homework pieces straight to the printer at a press of the button on the couch. The print quality is amazing too, comes out really quickly and great contrast of colours from the ink too. We love it and really glad we finally own a printer we’ve always needed.

The printer also comes with really clear instructions, and the ability to use the HP app to track the ink levels, and print remotely is really convenient. Love that it's also not too loud. Overall, a really great printer at an amazing price point.

As someone who works from home and has two school going kids this printer has been an absolute delight to own and is extremely easy to set up and start using. Coupled with the HP Smart app it took me five mins to set up my new printer and install the cartridges ( missed the usb cable though but with the app you don’t need the cable anymore). Limited paper tray size yet the printing is really fast and very quiet not just for paper but also to print photos. The display screen points out errors and is very useful friendly, the first few times I switched off from the power supply instead of switching off using the power button on the printer but now have gotten used to it. The top tray with the ability to feed paper directly for copying is so good it almost has all the features one would have in a full size printer and is far compact than the massive office printers. It’s smooth and easy to use either for wireless printing from the laptop or from the phone using the app. I will strongly recommend it as a family printer of great quality, yet economical to buy and low running costs .

This printer was packaged securely with minimal packaging in the box which is great for the planet. We had the bonus of 6 months subscription to HP instant ink which was amazing we received our first supply of ink within the first week of signing up. This all-in-one is compact and easy to use and the bonus of the touchscreen allows for easy use for children and adults. The kids have been able to use this for their little business that they started up and has been great for my printing whilst working-from-home. I highly recommend this printer for families or small businesses as it's easy to use and setup full stop the quality of the print is exceptional.
