After struggling with HP Tango ever since purchase due to issues connecting with network - even IT consultant could not get it to work consistently -it finally died ( I did receive very good support through HP chat and I was recommended the HP Envy Inspire printer by the consultant. I didn't take his word for it and did my own research however it was a good starting point to compare and decided to go with that model. After purchasing the HP ENVY Printer - as I was already set up with HP Ink I was anticipating a nightmare setup changing from the Tango to Envy Inspire model. My concern was unfounded as it went through seamlessly using the QR code and following a few instructions. Printed straight away with no hiccups and so far ( after about 2 weeks use) no issues.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Caitlin from Won't Print After Installing GENUINE HP Ink Cartridges, 24 Hours After Buying It I brought this product through a 3rd party. I got it home, unpacked it and set it up in less than 20 minutes and was really impressed. I tried printing a document but it ran out of ink after 2 pages... They come with sample inks instead of a full ink cartridges now. I then returned to the shops the next day to buy ink cartridges, which cost half of the price of the printer. I returned home, installed the GENUINE HP ink cartridges, only to find my printer won't accept them or align them properly. So I've now wasted all this money on what I thought was going to be a decent printer, spent money on GENUINE HP ink cartridges as you HAVE to... only to find I've brought an expensive paper weight for my desk and no way of printing what I need. Thanks HP.
