Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not very good public relations Purchased the wrong cartridge a XL905 but should have been a XL950 and queried if I could change it well after about 9days I was told to cut a long, story short NO because I had opened the carton that would been O/K but with one of the agents I spoke to asked for the serial number on the cartridge but told her I had just resealed the carton I was asked to open it again to get the serial No on the cartridge so this answer NO meant I went without black ink for over a week. we have a laptop /desktop and 2 printers all HP
