Cant fit a lot of extra things but I wanted a fairly streamlined bag, that i could carry or put over my shoulder and this does all that.

This is not the standard I expect from HP. If you can't replace with a better bag to protect my "Spectre" 14" laptop, then send a payed return label and refund.
