Add ons, such as the printer, two screens, camera and external speaker responded instantly. Still becoming accustomed to One Drive but given time that will sort itself. I'm confident I'll get many, many years of faithful service from the CPU.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great price. Fast, easy set-up Bought to replace a good machine which could not upgrade to Windows 11. Easy set-up. Just plugged all my peripherals in, and all worked initially, HOWEVER the PC stopped recognising my USB hubs and the attached hard disks after a few hours. I have reorganised the hard disks and now only have one hub attached, and the problem seems to have gone away. Build quality looks OK. Will be upgrading RAM to 16GB as soon as the new module is delivered. Overall, reasonably satisfied.

Great replacement for a seven-year HP Pavilion tower which had highly intermittent problems with Bluetooth and wireless connectivity, plus the occasional disk error. BUT ... I can only get my Microsoft Modern Mobile Mouse [MMMM] to remain paired by leaving the HP wired mouse, which came with the new tower, permanently plugged in! If not the MMMM drops being paired after 15/20 minutes or so, and I have to re-pair it!! Can someone from HP please advise ... thanks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A good PC for the price but...... I was looking forward to this PC arriving when I purchased it as I was excited to get my hands on the wonderful AMD Ryzen 5700G APU. I should have known that the lack of detailed specification on the technical side on the HP website was going to be a problem. As it turned out my nightmares were realised. The motherboard is proprietary, no surprises there. However the power supply is so small at 180W and has so few connectors that you are very limited in upgrade options to some hard drives and GPU's that don't need there own power or much power for that matter. The biggest issue is that the machine only comes with one stick of memory. I knew that but try finding a matching stick to at least get the benefit of dual channel memory and the performance gains that come with that. Finally, the biggest issue is that I forgot what off the shelf PC'S where like when it comes to how basic and lacking in configurability the BIOS's are. You can't even configure your memory to use it's maximum clock speed. I'm not even talking about over clocking. Overall disappointed. If the price wasn't so cheap as it was on special I would have given a lower rating. Anyway the fun will come in the next project when I buy the parts to build a much father PC using the processor from this one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not easy to Install for amateurs! The computer is quick to start up with the solid state drive and seems to be good, however I still havent manage to get it set up properly. Unfortunately there were absolutely No Installation instructions supplied, so too bad if you are not Tech Savy! It came with a 12 month of 100Gb on Dropbox subscription which said I could you it to transfer my data from my old computer to me new one, but what it didn't say was the data would stay on the Dropbox server and you can't actually download to your computer. If you delete it from the Dropbox server you loose all your data on both computers and you are trapped into using Dropbox and paying for the privelidge. As I had about 250Gb I would also have to buy more space and I didn't want my data stored in the Cloud. Luckily I had it backed up to a backup drive or I would have lost about 96Gb of data. Not Happy! I also cant get it to play DVD's or CD's and think the DVD Player is faulty.
