  1. Select HP Products are enhanced with HP Presence. Features vary by platform.
  2. To use AI enhanced software, install the HP Webcam Control Center software to enable AI framing.  HP Webcam Control Center requires Windows 10 or higher.
  3. Video components are included in select HP Presence space solutions or sold as an optional feature.
  4. The Windows 11 upgrade will be delivered to qualifying devices late 2021 into 2022. Timing varies by device. Certain features require specific hardware (see aka.ms/windows11-spec).
  5. Not all features are available in all editions or versions of Windows. Systems may require upgraded and/or separately purchased hardware, drivers and/or software to take full advantage of Windows functionality. Windows 10 is automatically updated, which is always enabled. ISP fees may apply and additional requirements may apply over time for updates. See http://www.windows.com
  6. Multicore is designed to improve performance of certain software products. Not all customers or software applications will necessarily benefit from use of this technology. Performance and clock frequency will vary depending on application workload and your hardware and software configurations.   7. Processor speed denotes maximum performance mode; processors will run at lower speeds in battery optimisation mode.
  8. For hard drives and solid state drives, GB = 1 billion bytes. TB = 1 trillion bytes. Actual formatted capacity is less. Up to 36 GB of system disk is reserved for the system recovery software.
  9. Memory modules support data transfer rates up to 2933 MT/s depending on memory module used; actual data rate is determined by the system configured processor.
