If you own an HP Retail product and have any concerns, or experience any issues with your HP product, please contact our support centre where a Technical Support Agent will register your product and troubleshoot any issues.

Step 1 Contact HP Technical Support to register the product and troubleshoot any issues with an HP support agent. If a fault is established and cannot be resolved by troubleshooting, HP will confirm the appropriate remedy (return/replacement/repair) for the type of unit failure, in accordance with the Australian law.

Step 2 If HP confirms that a replacement/refund/repair is appropriate for the type of unit failure, HP will provide a case reference number.

Step 3 For authorised product replacements, the customer will be sent an authorization letter from HP to be presented when returning the product back to the retail store.

Please have information about your product name, serial number and product purchase date available.
