HP MIBs can be unregistered using the command line. The command line interface (CLI) is the same for all CMS types to include Windows, Linux, and HP-UX.

To unregister a MIB from HP Systems Insight Manager:

  1. Open a DOS window or UNIX shell.

  2. Run mxmib -d file.mib to unregister the MIB in HP Systems Insight Manager.
