Creating a Set Disk Threshold Task

You can create a systems list to use with this task, specifying system characteristics, or use existing system lists. Specify the disk thresholds to be set on supported systems.

  1. To set disk thresholds, select ConfigureDisk ThresholdsSet Disk Thresholds.

  2. Select target systems. Refer to Using Tasks - Creating a Task.

  3. In the Specify the Disk Thresholds to be set on supported systems section, enter the following information:

    • Critical Disk Percent Usage Threshold

    • Reset Critical Disk Percent Usage Threshold

    • Warning Disk Percent Usage Threshold

    • Reset Warning Disk Percent Usage Threshold

    • Agent polling interval (second)

    Refer to Using Default Tools - Disk Thresholds for guidelines on setting these parameters.

  4. Click [Prev] to return to the previous page. Click [Schedule] to schedule when the task will run. Refer to Using Tasks - Scheduling a Task. Or, click [Run Now] to run the task immediately. The Task Results page displays.
