These fields are configured on the Cluster Monitor - Cluster Settings page (OptionsCluster MonitorCluster Settings and are displayed in the Cluster Data Viewer in the Cluster Monitor.

  • Contact Person. The person who is contacted in the event of a cluster monitor status message.

  • Contact Phone Number. The phone number of the contact person.

  • Contact Pager Number. The pager number of the contact person. This is a text field only. However, HP Systems Insight Manager can be configured using automatic event handling to automatically page the contact in the event of a cluster event.

  • Contact E-mail Address. The e-mail address of the contact person. This is a text field only. However, HP Systems Insight Manager can be configured using automatic event handling to automatically e-mail the contact in the event of a cluster event.

  • Dial In Modem Number. The phone number of the modem that provides remote access to the cluster.

  • Dial Out Modem Number. The phone number of the modem that the cluster dials to report problems.

  • Cluster Location. The physical location of the cluster hardware. This field can hold up to 255 alphanumeric characters.

  • Applications. A list of applications running on the cluster. This field can hold up to 1,000 alphanumeric characters.

  • Comments. Additional comments about the cluster. This field can hold up to 1,000 alphanumeric characters.
