HP Systems Insight Manager's Cluster Monitor enables you to: Monitor different cluster types including Microsoft Cluster Service (MSCS) clusters, OpenVMS clusters, Tru64 clusters, SCO UnixWare7 NonStop clusters, Novell NWCS clusters, Oracle RAC clusters, and other Systems supporting the Common Cluster MIB Stay informed of changes in cluster status Monitor cluster status by viewing a list of cluster status messages Investigate the sources of specific status messages Browse cluster and component status in a tree hierarchy Display utilization or status data for specific cluster attributes including:
Disk space CPU utilization System status MSCS cluster status
To access the Cluster Monitor page: Select Tools System Information Cluster Monitor.
Note: Cluster Monitor is not displayed in the menu if there are no clusters discovered. Select a target cluster and click [Run Now]. The Cluster Monitor page for the selected cluster displays. Refer to Using Tasks - Creating a Task for more information on selecting a target cluster. or
Locate a cluster by expanding System Lists under the System Lists region and selecting a list of clusters. The appropriate cluster list table is displayed in the work space.
Note: Only the clusters you are authorized to access display on the cluster list page. Click the name of the cluster in the Cluster Name column. or Click the cluster status icon in the CS column on the cluster list page. The Cluster Monitor page is displayed for that cluster.
