A generated report provides you with the following:

To select the sort order: The Reporting feature enables you to sort the data after it displays in the Report Results page. Ascending Order. Click the column heading you want to sort by once. The data re-queries in ascending alphabetical order Descending Order. Click the column heading you want to sort by twice. The data re-queries in descending alphabetical order.

To print an existing report: From the Report Results page, select File [Print] from your browser.

Click the Export to file in CSV format link. Microsoft Excel launches and displays the report. In Microsoft Excel, select File Save As. Name the file, and in the Save as type field, select a format in which to save the file from the dropdown list. Click [Save]. The file is saved.

Click the Export to file in CSV format link. The browser [Save As] dialog box is displayed. In the File name field, enter a name for the report. Click [Save]. The report is saved.
Note: if [New] is clicked from the Manage Reports page, and then Save Report is clicked, the new report is saved and added to the report list on the Manage Reports page.

You can view the SQL details behind a report. The SQL Queries page details all SQL queries that are used to generate the report. To show the SQL queries : Click the Show SQL queries link. The SQL Queries page is displayed.
