The HP Systems Insight Manager Reporting feature enables you to generate reports from the Report Results page. The steps to generate a report in CSV format vary depending on your system settings. Scenario 1 gives an example of how your system might respond if you have Microsoft Excel installed, and Scenario 2 gives an example of how your system might respond if you do not have Microsoft Excel installed.

In Microsoft Excel, select File Save As. Name the file, and in the Save as type field, select a format to save the file in from the dropdown list. Click [Save]. The file is saved.
| | Scenario 2: Exporting to file in CSV format without Microsoft Excel installed |
Select ReportsManage Reports. The Manage Reports page is displayed. Select the report you want to export to file in CSV format. Click [Run Report]. The Report Results page is displayed. Click the Export to file in CSV format link. The browser [Save As] dialog box is displayed. In the File name field, enter a name for the report. Click [Save]. The report is saved.
