Perform the following procedure to hide or display the monitor status of your favorites lists.
To hide or display the monitor status:
Click [Customize] in the System Lists region. The Customize Lists page is displayed. In the Show dropdown list, select My Favorites. All available My Favorites are displayed. Click expand all menu items 
to expand all of the menu lists, or click collapse all menu items 
to collapse the menu lists. Select the list to hide or display the monitor status. Click [Display Status] to monitor the status of the list. or Click [Hide Status] to discontinue monitoring the status of the list.
When you click [Hide/Display Status], a confirmation page is displayed. When confirmed, the show status field for the selected list is updated in the database, and the monitor icon changes on the Customize Lists page.
