 | | Introduction |
To facilitate configuration of trust relationship and other settings at the managed system, the following HTTP Management server parameters are group configurable:
Trust Mode. Configure the trust mode for HTTP Management Server. This configuration specifies how the managed system trusts and identifies the HP Systems Insight Manager server for Single Login and Secure Task Execution (STE). Options include Trust By Cert, Trust By Name, or Trust All. Trust By Cert is the only option that forces the managed system to verify the digital signature of the HP Systems Insight Manager server.
Trust By Name List. List of HP Systems Insight Manager server names to trust for Single Login and STE when Trust Mode is set to Trust By Name. Not needed if in Trust By Cert mode.
Trusted Certificates. List of HP Systems Insight Manager Server Certificates to trust for Single Login and STE when in Trust By Cert mode.
Anonymous Access. Allows anonymous users access to unsecured pages.
Local Access. Automatically allow local users access to Web agents on a managed system as either Anonymous or Administrator.
Logging. Configure the types of security logs to record.
IP Restricted Logins. Set the allowable IP address range that can access the system.
Passwords. All passwords are group configurable.
To create the HP Systems Insight Manager Replicate Agent Settings Task to configure the HTTP Management Server settings on the selected group of servers, follow the steps outlined in Replicate Agent Settings - Creating a Replicate Agent Settings Task. The HTTP Management Server settings are in a group called HTTP Server, which can be expanded to view the individual settings.
