Trusted certificates provide the highest level of security. Users with full configuration rights can import certificates from other systems into the HP Systems Insight Manager Trusted Certificates List The purpose of the Certificate List in HP Systems Insight Manager is to maintain a list of certificates in the HP Systems Insight Manager Keystore. Certificates include the HP Systems Insight Manager System Certificate and the certificates of managed systems that are trusted by the HP Systems Insight Manager system. These imported certificates are placed in the Keystore and are displayed in the Trusted Certificates List. The list of certificates is manageable regardless of the Required Trusted Certificates state. It can include the certificate itself, or a signing certificate if available. Using a signing certificate simplifies the management of the list, because any certificate signed by the signing certificate is valid and trusted.
