Purchase
Purchase a new eligible HP Workstation listed above between May 1, 2008 and January 31, 2009 for each IBM workstation you intend to trade in.
Claim form
Complete the
online claim form by February 28, 2009. Any claims received after this date will be rejected. Canadian customers will be shown US values and paid in US dollars. After you submit your claim, Market Velocity (MVI) will send a confirmation e-mail with the claim number and instructions on your next step of the claim process. Please print and save for your records. Reference this quote number for questions relating to this promotion.

Shipping instructions
Within one (1) business day of validating your proof of purchase, MVI will send you the shipping instructions and a shipping label/placard. The customer must return the trade-in product(s) in accordance with the instructions provided by MVI. Be sure to keep a copy of your claim for your records.
Trade in products
All trade-in products must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the shipping instructions and label/placard, or by March 31, 2009, whichever is sooner.
Cash back
Completion of your claim includes receipt of trade-in product and receipt of your proof of purchase. Please allow 6-8 weeks from the time your trade-in claim is complete for receipt of your trade-in cash back check. If you have not received your trade-in cash back check after 8 weeks, please contact customer service Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time at 1- 866-866-7578, or e-mail customer service.
