Upgrade the latest HP Workstation technology and receive up to $375 in a cash back allowance. Purchase your new HP Workstation
between January 22, 2007 – October 31, 2008. Any products purchased before or after the dates do not qualify. Complete
your online claim by November 30, 2008, fax your proof of purchase, and ship your product back to receive your cash back
allowance.

Process overview |

Purchase
Purchase a new eligible HP Workstation listed above between January 22, 2007 and October 31, 2008 for each eligible
unit you intend to trade in.
Claim form
Complete the
online claim form
and receive an e-mail confirmation. The last day to file a claim is November 30, 2008. Please make sure all trade-in information is
complete and accurate.
Proof of purchase
Send in the proof of purchase showing that the new HP eligible Workstation was purchased, in order to receive the next
steps for shipping. The proof of purchase must be received no later than November 30, 2008.
Shipping instructions
Once your claim and proof of purchase is received by HP's promotion headquarters, shipping instructions for your trade-in
product will be sent electronically. Trade-in products must be picked up by HP's designated freight carrier within 30 days
of receiving the shipping instructions and shipping label/placard, or by December 30, 2008, whichever is sooner.
Trade in products
You may trade in any HP or non HP Workstations. HP pays for the shipping of trade-in unit.
Cash back
Once your trade-in documentation is verified, allow 6 - 8 weeks from the time your trade-in claim is complete to get
your cash-back check. Completion of claim includes receipt of proof of purchase and product.
