Purchase
Purchase a qualifying HP Thin Client or HP Neoware Thin Client between November 1, 2008 and October 31, 2009.
Claim form
Complete the online claim form
before November 30, 2009. Canadian customers will be shown US values and paid in US dollars. You will receive a confirmation page and quote number upon submission—print out for your records.
Reference your quote number for all questions relating to this promotion.
Trade in products
You may trade in any desktop, notebook, or thin client. If the unit does not carry any fair market value, we will pay for recycling and shipping.
A great way to remove your aged equipment in an environmentally safe manner.
Shipping instructions
Once your proof of purchase has been validated by HP's promotion headquarters, shipping instructions for your trade-in product
will be sent electronically. Trade-in products must be picked up by HP's designated freight carrier within 30 days from
receipt of shipping instructions or by December 31, 2009, whichever date occurs first.
Cash back
Once your trade-in documentation is verified, allow 6 – 8 weeks from the time your trade-in claim is complete to get your
cash-back check. Completion of claim includes pick up, receipt and inspection of trade in product and receipt of proof of purchase.
