Eligible upgrade products
Any HP or non-HP tape library is eligible for this program. Remember, you are not required to ship your old library to HP.
Just provide the manufacture's name, model and serial number when you complete the on-line claim form.
Process steps & eligibility rules |

Purchase
Purchase a new eligible model MSL2024, MSL4048, MSL6026, MSL6030, MSL6052, MSL6060 or MSL8096 tape library
between November 1, 2007 and October 31, 2008. The purchase invoice must be dated between November 1, 2007 and October 31, 2008.

Claim form
Complete and submit the on-line claim form
within 60 days of the purchase date. You will receive a confirmation email with Upgrade quote number upon submission.
Please print this email for your records. You will need your Upgrade quote number for all questions relating to this promotion.
(NOTE: You are not required to ship back your old tape library, but you must complete the on-line claim form and provide a copy of
your model MSL2024, MSL4048, MSL6026, MSL6030, MSL6052, MSL6060 or MSL8096 tape library purchase invoice)

Proof of purchase
Fax or email a copy of your eligible model MSL2024, MSL4048, MSL6026, MSL6030, MSL6052, MSL6060 or MSL8096 tape library purchase invoice to 678-990-7365 or
hpcustomerservice@marketvelocity.com
within 60 days of the purchase invoice date or by December 31, 2008, which ever is sooner.

Cash back
Once your claim is submitted and your purchase invoice received and validated, allow 6-8 weeks to get your cash back check.
If you have not received payment after 6-8 weeks, please contact Customer Service by calling 1-888-593-3835.

If you wish to recycle your old Library
You are not required to return your old library in order to receive your cash back check. However, if you would like to recycle your
old library, HP will help arrange to take away and pay for your shipping and recycling costs. Please send an email message to
hpcustomerservice@marketvelocity.com
to receive shipping instructions and shipping placard for HP's freight company electronically. You must make this request when you
send in your purchase invoice.
