Claim form
Let HP make your digital streams come true! To be one of the first 100 claims received, complete the online claim form After you submit your online claim, Market Velocity (MVI) will send a confirmation e-mail with the claim number and instructions on your next step of the claim process. Please print and save for your records. Reference this claim number for questions relating to this promotion.
Shipping instructions
Within (1) business day of issuing your claim number, MVI will send you the shipping instructions and a shipping label/placard. You must return the trade-in product(s) in accordance with the instructions provided by MVI. Be sure to keep a copy of your claim for your records.
Trade in products
All trade-in products must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the shipping instructions and label/placard.
Free HP MediaSmart Connect
Completion of your claim includes our receipt of your trade-in product. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time your trade-in claim is complete for receipt of your HP MediaSmart Connect. If not received within this time period, please contact customer service Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time at 1-888-593-3835, or e-mail customer service.
