HP Upgrade to Latex 2012 promotion details
- From May 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012 purchase or lease a new HP Designjet L28500 Printer New units only, restrictions apply.2 Available from authorized HP Designjet L28500 Resellers only.
- You must currently own an eligible 42-in to 53-in aqueous printer or an eligible 30-in to 53-in solvent printer to receive a $6,000 cash back mail-in rebate; or if
you currently own an eligible 54-in or greater aqueous or solvent printer receive a $10,000 cash back mail-in rebate.1

Claim form
Complete the online claim form by July 31, 2012. The entire trade-in printer will not be returned to HP. You are required to show proof that you own an eligible trade-in unit by sending a photo of the back panel of the trade-in printer with the model and serial number visible. You will also need to send back the Main Print Controller board of the trade-in unit for recycling. This is required in order to receive the full cash back value. You will receive a confirmation page and quote number upon submission—please print for your records. You will need to reference your quote number for all questions relating to this promotion.
Submission instructions
Your online claim form must be submitted by July 31, 2012 and then, your proof of purchase/lease along with a photo of the back panel of the trade-in printer with the model and serial number visible in the picture must be faxed, emailed or postmarked within thirty (30) days of your claim submission date or by August 31, 2012, whichever date occurs first. Cash back
Once your claim documentation is verified, allow 8 weeks from the time your claim is complete to get your cash-back check.
