HP Upgrade to Latex promotion details
- From January 1, 2012 to March 31, 2012, purchase or lease a new HP Designjet L26500 Printer (demo units are not eligible).
- From February 1, 2012 to March 31, 2012 purchase or lease a new HP Designjet L28500 Printer (demo units are not eligible).
- You must currently own an eligible 42" or greater aqueous printer or an eligible 30" or greater solvent printer.

Promotion in brief
If you currently own an eligible 42" or greater aqueous printer or an eligible 30" or greater solvent printer and you purchase or lease a new HP Designjet L26500 Printer between January 1, 2012 and March 31, 2012, you can receive $2,000 cash back mail-in rebate, and if you purchase a new HP Designjet L28500 Printer between February 1, 2012, and March 31, 2012, you can receive a $6,000 cash back mail-in rebate.1 Submit the online claim form by April 30, 2011.
Eligibility
Promotion valid in the U.S. only. Please see the terms and conditions for detailed eligibility requirements and cash-back amounts. Purchases/leases and invoices dated prior to or after this timeframe (January 1, 2012, to March 31, 2012 for the HP Designjet L26500 Printer and February 1, 2012, to March 31, 2012 for the HP Designjet L28550 Printer) will not be eligible for this promotion.

Purchase or lease a qualifying new HP Designjet L26500 Printer between January 1, 2012, and March 31, 2012 or a qualifying new HP Designjet L28500 Printer between February 1, 2012, and March 31, 2012 (demo units are not eligible). Submit the online claim form by April 30, 2012.
Claim form
Complete the online claim form by April 30, 2012. The entire trade-in printer will not be returned to HP. You are required to show proof that you own an eligible trade-in unit by sending a photo of the back panel of the trade-in printer with the model and serial number visible. You will also need to send back the formatter board of the trade-in unit for recycling. This is required in order to receive the full cash back value. You will receive a confirmation page and quote number upon submission—please print for your records. You will need to reference your quote number for all questions relating to this promotion.
Submission instructions
Your online claim form must be submitted by April 30, 2012 and then, your proof of purchase/lease along with a photo of the back panel of the trade-in printer with the model and serial number visible in the picture must be faxed, emailed or postmarked within thirty (30) days of your claim submission date or by May 30, 2012, whichever date occurs first. The trade-in formatter board must be shipped within thirty (30) days of receipt of the shipping instructions or by June 30, 2012, whichever occurs first.
Cash back
Once your claim documentation is verified, allow 8 weeks from the time your claim is complete to get your cash-back check.
