Submission/Shipping instructions
Purchase or lease an HP Designjet T610, T1100, T1100 PS or Z2100 printer:
Your online claim form must be submitted by October 15, 2008, and then, your proof of purchase/lease and test page/decal or logo sample must be
received by November 15, 2008, or within 30 days of claim submission, whichever date occurs first.
Purchase or lease an HP Designjet T1100 MFP, 4000, 4500, 4500mfp, Z3100 or Z6100 printer series:
Your online claim form must be submitted by October 15, 2008, and once it is received by HP's promotion headquarters, shipping instructions for your trade-in
product will be sent electronically. Trade-in products must be picked up by HP's designated freight carrier within 30 days from the date you submit your online
claim form or by November 15, 2008, whichever date occurs first. Completion of claim includes pick up of your trade-in product, receipt of proof of purchase/lease and
test page/decal or logo sample.
Cash back
Once your trade-in documentation is verified, allow 4 – 6 weeks from the time your trade-in claim is complete to get
