4. Receive your redemption check

Mail date notification

We will send you a final email message to notify you when we have mailed your redemption check.

Check delivery

All checks are mailed via U.S. Postal Service to the address designated in your transaction. Checks will be mailed within 45 days from the time you ship your product and provide the proof of purchase for your new HP product, whichever is later.  If you need assistance, please contact customer service.

Missing checks

If you do not receive a check, please send an email message so that we can research the issue for you.

Refurbishment/disposal

All products we receive are refurbished and resold, or disposed of under applicable Environmental Protection Agency guidelines.
