3. Ship your product(s) for trade |

Pack your product(s) safely and ship them to us using the pre-paid shipping label provided to you.
We will provide a confirmation email when your trade-in arrives.

4. Receive your redemption check |

Fax your proof of purchase of your new HP product to 770-925-9064. Once your trade-in product has
been received and the condition matches what was quoted, you will receive a redemption check for
the quoted value of your trade-ins.

* Purchases of HP equipment must be made either 30 days prior to or 30 days following the trade
transaction date. The proof of purchase must be received within 30 days of the trade transaction date. After that
time, if we still have not received your proof of purchase, you will forfeit any cash back allowances. Supplies, accessories,
services and support do not qualify for this offer. For server or storage trades, purchases of new equipment must
be made within 90 days following the trade transaction. The proof of purchase must be received within 90 days of
the trade transaction date. After that time, if we still have not received your proof of purchase, you will forfeit
any cash back allowances. Acceptable forms of proof of purchase are a sales invoice (preferred), a packing slip (must provide your
name, purchase date, purchase amount, model and serial numbers). Purchase Orders, Order Confirmations, and Order
Acknowledgements are not acceptable forms of proof of purchase.
