HP Output Manager for SAP and HP Output Manager for Oracle accept Unicode documents from SAP or Oracle
and other enterprise applications and convert them to the appropriate format. HP Output Server delivers
them to (Unicode compliant or non-Unicode) print devices, faxes, web, or email across the enterprise.

them to the format appropriate for the output destination. UTF-8 PS, UTF-8 PCL 5, or UTF-8 text can be
converted and delivered to Unicode and non-Unicode enabled print devices, fax, web (PDF), and email.
The solution leverages preexisting destination types in HP Output Server and automatically determines
the proper format per destination. For example, one job could be sent in Unicode to an email address and
in non-Unicode PCL to a printer—simultaneously.
