HP software support offerings include:
HP Standard Support Package: This is provided as part of a maintenance and support agreement. Customers can choose 9-hour support five days a week or 13-hour support five days a week (except holidays). Customer support representatives are available via phone to answer questions and to assist customers with problem identification and resolution.
HP Extended Support Package: This can be purchased to supplement the HP standard support package and provides technical support and critical problem resolution 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, including holidays.
