How do I get my cash back allowance?
To get your cash back allowance, follow these simple steps:

Purchase any LaserJet printer between September 1, 2006 and January 31, 2007.

To submit your claim:
a) Completely fill out and submit the claim form.
b) Once your claim is received by HP's promotion headquarters, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a quote
number. Reference this number for all questions relating to the promotion.
c) You will need to fax in proof of purchase (sales invoice(s)) for your new HP LaserJet printer. This needs
to be done within 30 days of claim submission. If your serial number(s) of your new printer(s) is not listed on your
sales invoice(s), please write the serial number(s) of your new printer(s) on the on the sales invoice(s) prior to
faxing. Be sure to keep a copy of your entire claim for your records.
d) Please fax the confirmation e-mail and proof of purchase of your new HP LaserJet printer to 704-510-1981.
e) Within 1 business day of receipt of the proof of purchase, shipping instructions will be e-mailed to you for
shipping of the trade-in product(s).

Trade-in your existing product(s) by following the shipping instructions you receive.
a) You must return trade-in product(s) in accordance with the instructions provided by HP.
b) The trade-in product(s) must be shipped within thirty (30) days from the date the shipping instructions are
received.
c) The shipping instructions are valid for thirty (30) days from the issue date.
d) Please allow 6-8 weeks from the time your trade-in claim is complete for receipt of your cash back allowance check.
e) Completion of your claim includes shipment of your trade-in product and receipt of your proof of purchase.
What is the final submission date for my claim?
All claims must be completed and received no later than February 28, 2007.
I'm having trouble with my online claim form. How can I get a PDF version?
To get a manual claim form, please call Market Velocity at 1-888-309-2943 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
What is the final shipment date for trading in my product(s)?
The trade-in product(s) must be shipped within thirty (30) days from the date the shipping instructions are received, or
by March 30, 2007, whichever occurs first.
Where can I find the serial number for my purchased LaserJet printer(s)?
The serial number can be found on the box the printer came in next to the UPC symbol. Or you can find it on the back
of the printer.
What if one of my existing product(s) is damaged? Do I still get a cash back allowance?
Yes. This offer is valid for all laser printers.
Is there a limit on how many existing printers I can trade in?
The maximum amount of printers that can be traded is 400 per customer.
Do I have to handle the trade-in process myself or can my reseller assist me?
By all means, your reseller can assist you, but you must submit your claims directly to HP.
Can I combine this offer with another offer?
HP "instant rebates" may be combined with this offer, however the "Make the Upgrade and Save" (MTUS) cash back allowance is the maximum
allowable rebate. Additional monies for any MTUS transaction will be the "net" of the two offers - the MTUS cash back allowance minus
the "instant rebate." Instant rebates are defined as, but not limited to, instant savings, product specific coupons product
specific promotional pricing, and mail-in rebates. If the amount of the instant rebate is equal to or exceeds the
"Make the Upgrade and Save" cash back allowance, the customer only receives the instant rebate. Customers will have to decide which
offer is most beneficial.
Can I purchase and trade in multiple product(s)?
Certainly, this is a one-for-one trade, with a maximum of 400 units traded and purchased per customer.
