Save all the enclosed/attached html files to a convenient location such as "My Documents" |

Print and Close this email - for reference. |

To use Picture Signature files, your format for emails must be HTML, do the following:

In Microsoft Outlook, click the "Tools" Menu --> then click "Options" |

Click the TAB at top "Mail Format" |
| 3. |
Change the drop down box that says "Compose this message format:" to HTML (there are 3 options HTML, Rich Text and Plain Text - select HTML) |

VERY IMPORTANT - click button "Internet Format" |
| 5. |
Uncheck "When an HTML message contains pictures located on the Internet, send a copy of the pictures instead of the reference to their location" |

Click OK button at bottom. Click OK Again. |

In Microsoft Outlook, click the "Tools" Menu --> then click "Options" (again) |

Click the TAB at top "Mail Format" (again) |

Click the "Signatures" button at bottom |

Click "New" button |
| 8. |
Enter the name "shrek3" as a name for the signature |
| 9. |
Click button "Use this file as a template" |

Click "Browse" button |
| 11. |
Locate the files you saved in the "convenient location such as My Documents" in step 1
SELECT one of the following files: |

Click "Select" button |
| 13. |
Click "Next" button at bottom |
| 14. |
You will now see the signature, this is where you add your name and any other information you deem relevant. You can delete text, change font, and change color. |

When finished editing, click button "Finish" |
| 16. |
Click "OK" |
| 17. |
Make sure "Signature for new messages" is selected as "shrek3". |
| 18. |
Hit "OK". |
