Section I: General

1. THIS OFFER MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER HP OR PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT OFFERS SUCH AS HP EDUCATION REBATES, BIG DEAL PRICING, OR VOLUME DISCOUNTS. DISCOUNT OFFERS MAY NOT BE COMBINED.

10. DEFINITIONS:
    Business Customer:
    A Business Customer is a U.S. resident who purchases or leases qualifying products for business use and not for household purposes or an education, federal, state or local government organization.
    
    Personal Use Customer:
    A Personal Use Customer is a U.S. resident who purchases or leases qualifying products for personal or small business use (1-9 employees).
    
    
11. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
    
    1. This promotion is open to U.S. residents only. This offer is not open to U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. The offer is not open to HP Qualified Solvent resellers or their employees, dealers or employees of Hewlett-Packard (HP), Hawkeye/Cohesion, Inc., Oliver Russell, Inc., or GFS, Inc.
    2. Business and Personal Use Customers may submit rebate claims for eligible purchases or leases on their own behalf OR the HP Qualified Solvent Reseller may provide the rebate to the customer upfront, at the time of purchase or lease, and claim the rebate from HP.
    3. Leases, when through HP Financial Service, must be:
       
       1. For all customers, the total transaction size must be greater than U.S. $349.

    4. Ineligible products:
       
       1. Refurbished, previously owned or used printer units are not eligible for promotional offer.
       2. Previously owned HP Qualified Solvent Reseller demo units are eligible for this promotion.
       3. All other HP Products and HP Care Pack Products, including base models, not specifically listed in the Qualifying Product Matrix.
    5. HP QUALIFIED SOLVENT RESELLERS may claim on behalf of customers ONLY if the rebate was provided to the customer upfront, at the time of purchase or lease.

Section II: BUSINESS OR PERSONAL USE CUSTOMERS - PURCHASE OR LEASE

1. Eligibility:
   1. This offer is open to Business and Personal Use Customers (Customer) as defined on page one.
   2. Limit one (1) rebate per Product or Product and Care Pack. Up to one hundred (100) rebates per Business Customer. Limit one (1) rebate per Personal Use Customer or household address.
   3. HP reserves the right to qualify or disqualify a customer as a Business or Personal Use Customer.
2. How to Participate:
   1. Customer must purchase or lease, for its own use and not for resale, either, a qualifying HP Product alone OR a qualifying HP Product and the associated qualifying HP Care Pack, from an HP Qualified Solvent Reseller* or directly from HP during the Promotional Period.
   2. Claim form is available online at www.hp.com/go/printforless
3. How to submit a claim:
   METHOD ONE - Business or Personal Use Customer Claims:
   
   1. Customer submits a completed and signed claim form that is postmarked and received by HP within 45 days of the purchase or lease date (Invoice date will be considered the Purchase Date).
   2. Indicate the serial number(s) of the HP Printer(s) purchased on the claim form as required.
   3. Attach the original or copy of proof of purchase or lease (invoice(s)/receipt(s)) for the eligible product(s). Please circle the purchase price(s) on the invoice.
   4. When financing the lease through HP Financial Services
      1. Lease at least $349 U.S. worth of either a qualifying HP Product alone OR a qualifying HP Product and the associated qualifying HP Care Pack during the Promotional Period.

METHOD TWO - Reseller Claims:

1. HP QUALIFIED SOLVENT RESELLER* provides the rebate to the customer upfront, at the time of purchase or lease.
2. Reseller submits a completed and signed claim form that is postmarked and received by HP within 45 days of the purchase or lease date (Invoice date will be considered the Purchase Date).
3. Indicate the serial number(s) of the HP Printer(s) purchased or leased on the claim form as required.
4. Attach the original or copy of proof of purchase or lease (invoice(s)/receipt(s)) for the eligible product(s). Please circle the purchase price(s) on the invoice.
5. When financing the lease through HP Financial Services;
   1. Lease at least $349 U.S. worth of either a qualifying HP Product alone OR a qualifying HP Product and the associated qualifying HP Care Pack during the Promotional Period.

METHOD THREE - Reseller Bulk Claims:

1. The HP QUALIFIED SOLVENT RESELLER prepares a monthly Sales Out report which includes all of the following:
   1. Qualifying product(s) where the rebate was extended to the customer
   2. Quantity of qualifying product(s) sold
   3. Date Sold
   4. HP Part number
   5. Serial number
   6. Dollar amount of rebate given
   7. Final Transaction Price
   8. Reseller's invoice number
   9. End-user/Customer's name and address
   10. HP QUALIFIED SOLVENT RESELLER's business name and contact information
2. HP QUALIFIED SOLVENT RESELLER retains original receipts and information. HP reserves the right to request original receipts and other supporting information.

Section III: ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Estimated U.S. retail price for qualifying products can be found at www.hp.com. Your actual price may vary.
2. Offer valid only for specified HP Products and HP Care Pack Products listed within the Qualifying Product Matrix for the Promotional Period. Refurbished, previously owned or used printer units are NOT eligible for promotional offer.
3. Previously owned HP Qualified Solvent Reseller demo units ARE eligible for this promotion.
4. Products purchased and subsequently returned for refund are not eligible for rebate; said submissions may be considered fraudulent.
5. HP reserves the right to audit all rebate claims to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the promotion have been met; and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
6. HP reserves the right to confirm the identification of claimants. Where HP determines that claimant is not eligible for the promotion, or that the rules of the promotion have not been fully complied with, that the product has been purchased for resale or other evidence of fraudulent conduct or abuse of the promotion, HP will not issue a rebate.
7. HP reserves the right to deny the rebate claim or to require the claimant to return the rebate amount. In the case of a HP Qualified Solvent Reseller processing a claim, HP reserves the right to deny reimbursement to the reseller, or to deny the rebate to the business, whichever is applicable. The reseller agrees to reimburse HP for any rebates falsely paid.
8. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and from future HP promotions. The submission of false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in the claimant being subject to civil or criminal liability.
9. Non-conforming and duplicate requests will not be considered and will not be returned.
10. All rebate checks will be made payable, as applicable, to the name of the purchasing Personal Use Customer, Business Customer on the invoice or the name of the HP QUALIFIED SOLVENT RESELLER who submitted the claim according to the Terms and Conditions stated here.
11. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes the property of HP and will not be returned.
12. Incomplete claim forms will be rejected as non-payable, with a notice mailed to the customer within six (6) weeks of receipt. Incomplete claims must be resubmitted by applicable deadlines in order to be processed. "Incomplete" is defined as missing and/or incorrect product information, missing proof of purchase, missing information or signature or invalid purchase or leased date.
13. Allow six (6) weeks from the time the claim is received by HP for processing.
14. All Federal, state and local rules/regulations apply. Promotion void where taxed, regulated, restricted or prohibited by law.
15. HP is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage due claims or requests or for any printing, human or other errors.
16. Group, club or organization requests, mechanical reproductions or facsimiles of any required item will not be honored and will not be returned.
17. HP reserves the right to modify the rebate amounts, change the offer or add additional offers to the promotion during the advertised timeframes with no advance notice.
18. HP and HP Financial Services reserve the right to cancel or modify this program, and other HP promotional programs, at their discretion. Modifications to the program may limit the ability of particular resellers to use the program. If possible, HP will use reasonable efforts to provide resellers with advance notice of program cancellation or modification, but is not obligated to provide such notice. HP disclaims any responsibility or liability for lost sales or profits resulting from the cancellation or modification of this program, or HP's failure to provide advance notice of cancellation or modification.
19. This Offer is not transferable.
