Ordering online—delivering worldwide
Last year, HP's Vyomesh (VJ) Joshi told the PMA audience that the internet would completely change the industry.
"This has never been truer than it is today, and consumers are now their own publishers," VJ said. Online experiences
are defining how consumers communicate with family and friends. Today, the largest photo-sharing website in the
world—Snapfish, by HP—not only offers exciting and easy photo projects, but also delivers affordable digital
prints directly to many doorsteps throughout the world.

Snapfish customers aren't the only audience enjoying the benefits of online connectivity. HP retail partners have found
that integrating automated systems online—from remote supply management on HP Photosmart Express stations to customer
photo uploads from Snapfish to select retailers—helps them improve customer satisfaction and develop better customer
insight. "Many of our photo retail partners realize that an automated system helps them drive efficiencies and profits,"
VJ said.
