How to qualify |

Simply purchase either:
- your chosen blade enclosure together with 4 blades in the c3000 and 8 in the c7000 and get the enclosure free
or
- any c3000 with 8 blades and get the enclosure and two blades free
or
- any c7000 with 16 blades and get the enclosure and four blades free
Add other required infrastructure then complete the claim form and HP will refund the cost of the enclosure and blade servers as applicable (lowest priced servers apply).
This offer is limited to ONE free enclosure per customer and qualifying products apply – see table for further details. Terms apply.

In conjunction with the hardware offer purchase a 3 year 24x7 4 hour response Care Pack for each blade server, i.e. 16 for the c7000 and 8 for the c3000 and HP will refund the cost of 4 Care Packs for the c7000 offer and 2 for the c3000 – saving 25%. |

- Complete the claim form
- Attach proof of purchase (reseller invoice(s)) to the claim form, with qualifying products circled. Products must have been invoiced between 1st September and 31st October 2008.
- Make copies for your records
- Mail to: HP Claims Dept, Outbound, Waterloo House, Riseley Business Park, Basingstoke Road, Riseley, Berkshire, RG7 1NW. All submissions must be received by Friday 28th November 2008.
- You will then receive an email confirming the rebate due to you and your individual reference number
- Cheques will be issued within 28 days of receipt of your correct invoice
