I understand that by submitting this application, I agree to the following with respect to my membership and participation in the HP CCN:

  1. Definitions. A Discloser is a party disclosing information on the HP CCN web portal. A Recipient is a party receiving disclosed information from this portal.

  2. Non-Confidentiality. All information disclosed on the HP CCN web portal is not confidential and may be used freely by others. Discloser will not enter into legal action against Recipient on the basis that disclosed information was confidential or that Recipient had any duty of care with respect to the disclosed information. No Recipient acquires any patent, mask work or trademark rights to information disclosed on the HP CCN web portal.

  3. Warranty. A Discloser warrants that it has the right to make the disclosures hereunder. NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE. ANY INFORMATION DISCLOSED ON THE HP CCN WEB PORTAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS."
