Software License Transfer process will offer you that assurance.
The Software License Transfer policy applies
only in the case of ownership changes for used HP software
license products.

A transfer fee is charged for software license
ownership transfers. We accept cheques, checks, money orders, wire
transfers, or charges to American Express, Visa or MasterCard.
The fee is charged per server or transfer
depending on the product(s) being transferred. Refer to the product-specific
page links below for transfer fees.
