These products are permitted to change ownership in the cases of
mergers and spin-offs. For any other cases. please contact the SLT
group directly.

A transfer fee is charged for software license ownership transfers.We
accept checks, checks, money orders, or charges to American Express,
Visa or MasterCard.
The fee is $400 per transfer of Mercury, Peregrine, Systinet, Opsware,
SPI Dynamics products, Dialogue, AFP, or Output Server products.
Sales tax is required for all transfers into/within the United
States. Tax is based on the location of the transferee/new owner.

to another location (same company - no change of ownership), please
email the SLT group. We will put you
in touch with the group responsible for geographical relocations
of Mecury products.
