How to use the New Portal
The Software updates and licensing portal provides access to software product and documentation updates as well as ordering physical media, if available, to customers with a contractual support agreement. As software products are updated, the latest versions of the software and documentation are made available. A license key or access code, or instructions for obtaining a license key or access code, will also be provided when required to download, install, or run the latest software version.
How to be Notified of a Software Update
HP Support Alerts, which is a web-based subscription sign-up service, offers you the ability to customize your profile and in return, you will be emailed personalized support alerts/notifications of your choosing. Notifications are distributed by matching various HP content to products of your interest. No support contract is required and the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) of your alerts is up to you.
