With HP Client Configuration Manager v2.1 you gain access to a powerful product that will enable you to automate the deployment and configuration of software, applications, content and patches on PCs and HP Thin Clients.

HP Business Process Insight, version 2.20 is now available.

This latest release includes the follow new features.

• The ability to integrate with HP Business Availability Center, extending Business Availability Center with business process monitoring information and extending HP Business Process Insight to integrate with HP Universal CMDB.
• Multithreaded HP Business Process Insight engines significantly increasing the performance and scalability of HP Business Process Insight
• Microsoft Excel (CSV) export support from the HP Business Process Insight Metric pages allowing you to quickly export and analyze metric and KPI data with Excel.

In addition we have released two purchasable add-ons for HP Business Process Insight, which will only work with HP Business Process Insight version 2.20 and above.

• HP Business Process Insight Accelerator for SAP Applications, providing faster implementation for business processes that incorporate SAP based applications.
• HP Performance Insight Report Pack for Business Process Insight for comprehensive out of the box reports for any process that are monitored by HP Business Process Insight
