The 4.61 release of Glance/PA adds support for Solaris 10 on x86 and x86_64. Thus
all the functionalities are now available on x86 architectures."

HP Service Activator VPN SVP (SAC440)

HP Service Activator VPN Service Value Pack, version 4.40 is now available.

This latest release includes the following new features:

• Multi-homingor improved resilience towards failures of an attachment circuit, this release now supports
  multiple attachment circuits from a customer site. Dual-homed (1 CE -> 2 PE) topologies are supported.
• Interface recovery
• If an interface fails, typically this requires some manual intervention to transfer the services. With
  HPSA VPN SVP 4.40, a one-click transfer of existing service configuration from a failed
  interface to compatible replacement interface is available.
• Reporting tool
• Executive Summary, reports the number of customers created or deleted and services created
  or modified in a selected time-frame.
• Services per PE, reports the customers and their services residing on a specific PE.
• Bandwidth Accounting, reports the physical bandwidth, committed bandwidth and available physical
  bandwidth on a specific PE.
• I18N support
• Internationalization of the User Interface is now available.
• Enhanced Error Handling/Delayed Activation
• More information available when diagnosing a failed configuration request
• Automatic rescheduling of activation request if connectivity to NEs temporarily lost.

OV Rams 5.2 (52RAMS)

As a leader in IP network management products, HP Software is pleased to provide you with the new release of HP Route Analytics Management System (RAMS) v5.2 enhancements such as: 

• Distributed RAMS, the ability to have multiple route recording appliances and a centralized modeling engine
• RAMS 5.2 supports the Proliant DL360 G5 and DL380 G5 platforms plus the NC340T four-port PCI-X option card and the NC360T two-port PCI-Express option card.
• Enhanced BGP Peering Management
• The Daily Report has been split into two separate reports: a health report and a routing report
• Extra zooming functionality has been added to the History Navigator
• A new "Go To Time" button has been introduced in the status bar of the Traffic Reports window.
• Access to online events display has been made easier.
• A new feature which provides the ability to customize router names as displayed in the GUI
• A new feature which provides the ability to customize AS names as displayed in the GUI
• The animation control panel has been enhanced so that it is dockable
• A new Network Summary panel is displayed in a corner of the routing topology map. 
• In addition to FTP service, RAMS now supports an SFTP Server for uploading or downloading files to/from the FTP area.

In addition, there are defect fixes which are described in the release notes.

Important: Permanent licenses for RAMS 2.5 though 4.51 versions will need to be migrated for the RAMS 5.2
release. To request the new passwords, you will need to contact one of the HP Password Delivery Centers.

HP OpenView Smart Plug-ins for HP OpenView Operations
The collection of HP OpenView Smart Plug-ins (SPIs) contains new and enhanced SPIs for versions 7 and 8 of
HP OpenView Operations. The Smart Plug-in for Microsoft Exchange Server has been updated in this package.

• UPDATED! Microsoft ® Exchange Server SPI:  Support of MS Exchange 2007, better Exchange Server
  configuration, integration with OVPA 4.6, Reporter 3.7 and OVPM 6.0.
