TeMIP 5.31 New Media Release (TMP531)

The newly available TeMIP NNM Advanced Integration 5.3 offers a complete OSS solution for next generation networks and services. Now, service providers can reap the advantages of a single vendor, tightly integrated OSS solution, for highly efficient operations of Next Generation Networks (NGN), reducing operational costs and ensuring the best user experience. Key features and benefits are:

  • Single and powerful OSS IP Management console to reduce operational costs for converged Telco and IP network management
  • Complete topology view from physical network to access network (TeMIP + Network Node Manager + Route Analytics Management System) - for rapid root cause analysis and service impact determination.
  • Easy, low cost deployment of new IP devices/services with automatic node discovery and population of TeMIP entities, default event mapping into TeMIP alarms.
  • Operational efficiency with management of end-to-end service view
  • Advanced integration capabilities with tools for flexible control over:
Network or Service Model (flexible hierarchical mapping).
Translation of NNM events into TeMIP standardized OSI Alarms

For all customers running TeMIP on HP-UX 11.11 (PA-RISC) or HP-UX 11.23 (Itanium) and to whom we can propose NNM 7.51 Advanced Edition, this is a much more powerful and efficient integration than the previous TeMIP NNM AM.
