No. This offer may not be combined with other special programs and pricing offers. 8. How do I know if I received Big Deal pricing or participated in another HP promotion as part of my HP printing, imaging product and/or HP Care Pack purchase or HP Financial Services Lease transaction?

Ask your HP Authorized Reseller if he has provided you with any special HP discounts on the purchase or HP Lease of your new HP product that may prevent you from also being able to claim the HP “Hot Deals” Promotional rebate. There may also be a discount noted on your invoice.
If you have any questions about your eligibility please contact the promotion hot line at (888) 221-4126 or send an e-mail to hpbiz@web-rebates.com.

9. Can I receive my rebate directly from my HP Authorized Reseller?

Yes. If you are a qualifying government or education customer or if you are a business or personal use customer who is leasing the product, you should receive your rebate from your HP Authorized Reseller at the time your transaction is completed. The HP Authorized Reseller will submit a claim to HP for their reimbursement for providing the rebate to you at the time you purchased or executed your lease.
However, if your HP Authorized Reseller does not provide you the rebate at the time of purchase, and you are a government or education customer who is allowed by law to accept rebate checks, you should complete the claiming process on your own behalf.

10. How do I get a claim form?

You can obtain a claim form online at: www.hp.com/go/hotdeals or you may request a faxed copy of a claim form by contacting customer service at (888) 221-4126 Monday – Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, or by sending an e-mail to hpbiz@web-rebates.com.
