This problem can be easily fixed by downloading and running the HP Real Estate Marketing Assistant Update for MLS patch. The size of this download is approximately 3MB so depending on the speed of your Internet connection, the download may take up to a few minutes. If you purchased an individual copy of the HP Real Estate Marketing Assistant software, you will not be affected by this problem and do not need to download this patch.
