How it works

Call HP support or an authorized HP support partner
2.
Diagnosis and dispatch - support agent will diagnose your system problem and dispatch parts and personnel (if needed or approved) for repair.
3.
Parts replacement - Malfunctioning part will be replaced

If the disk drive is malfunctioning:

Customer must let support agent or onsite technician know of intention to keep drive.
•
Serial number and manufacturer of the non-returned. Malfunctioning disk drive will be captured and sent back to HP.
