How it works

1.  Call HP support or an authorized HP support partner
2.  Diagnosis and dispatch – support agent will diagnose your system problem and dispatch parts and personnel (if needed or approved) for repair.
3.  Parts replacement – Malfunctioning part will be replaced
4.  If the disk drive is malfunctioning:
Customer must let support agent or onsite technician know of intention to keep drive.
Serial number and manufacturer of the non-returned. Malfunctioning disk drive will be captured and sent back to HP.
Customer is responsible for disposal of data.
