Click 'Open' to begin the installation immediately or click 'Save' to save the application on your computer for installation at a later time. Once it is saved to your computer, you can install the application by double clicking the HP_Template_Wizard file.

Click 'Next' and the HP Template Wizard Setup will guide you through the installation. Note: Microsoft Word and Outlook need to be closed in order to install the HP Template Wizard successfully.
Using the HP Template Wizard

Once the setup application is complete open up Microsoft Word and click the HP icon to begin using the HP Template Wizard application.

Pick the label you want to create by selecting the appropriate size (i.e. 2 x 4) or HP Label product number (i.e. Q2588A), then click 'Next'.

If you want to create a full page of the same label, type in the label content in the Name & Address space provided, then click 'New Document'.

If you want to create unique content for each label, select 'blank label document', click 'New Document', then enter content as appropriate in the template. All the features in Microsoft Word, including mail merge, are available.
