Download instructions

1. DOWNLOAD a template by clicking on the image or Download link.
2. SAVE the file to your PC or Mac following the appropriate steps for your browser and operating system (PC users may want to right click on the file name and select "save target as").
3. OPEN the file.

Customize your template

The template will guide you through customizing each piece with your own text and imagery.
1. Easily cut and paste your text from an existing file; or, you can type directly into the template.
2. Upload your own photos and logos by clicking on the image box and selecting "Insert" then "Picture" from your drop down menu. If you do not wish to upload a photo or logo, simply delete the box. You can also install the HP Photo Editor, a free download that simplifies inserting logos, photos or images.

Printing Instructions

Note: Print a test page before using any specialty paper. Based on the test result, you may need to modify your print settings or how you load your paper.
1. Load paper into your printer. Refer to the icons on the paper tray as a guide to loading the paper.
2. Open the print dialog box and select your printer.
3. If you are using an inkjet, set your printer to "Best quality," and set your printed pages aside to dry completely before handling or folding.
Two-sided printing options:
Automatic two-sided printing: The best way to print two-sided is to use an HP two-sided printing accessory with your HP printer, which automatically prints on both sides of the page without any manual intervention.
Manual two-sided printing: If you don't have an HP two-sided printing accessory on your printer, you will need to manually turn the page over to print the second side. Enable printing on both sides in the printer driver and follow any prompts you receive. For additional instructions, refer to the User's Manual or CD that came with your printer.
